Whats so unique about the Upstares Salon is the warmth one gets on the top of the stairs. A chandelier hangs in the waiting room over antique chairs making it a small and cozy place. The prices are fair and their services range from haircuts and color to lip waxes. Its a nice place to relax and get a great new haircut. |
