Kingswood Giftorama!
Kingswood Giftorama is exceptional holiday shopping - all in the spirit of fundraising for Cranbrook Schools. Town and Country magazine has called this event ""one of the country's top gift shows."" We invite you to join in on the magic November 10, 11 and 12, 2006 - to share this exciting event with us.
During this event, the hallways and classrooms of the Kingswood campus are transformed into a festive winter wonderland of holiday shopping with over fifty select shopkeepers and merchants from around the country participating each year. This magical holiday collection features gifts for the home, music, children accessories, apparel for all members of the family, gourmet treats, and many other specialty merchandise typically not found in the local retail market.

Tour of the Town
"Join Downtown Ferndale's trendiest shops for a special evening of shopping and entertainment during the Tour of the Town, presented by the Ferndale DDA and HOUR Detroit. Enjoy wine and hors d'oeuvres, provided by local restaurants, while you ease into your holiday shopping.
At your first stop, pick up a "Ferndale Passcard" which will direct you to all the participating stores. Have your passcard stamped at each of the stores, and at the end of the evening turn in your passcard to be entered into a drawing for special promotions and raffle items.
This great mix of retailers offers unique possibilities for gifts, fashion, and home decor. On the tour are Beautiful Home, Body Lyrics Harmonizing Elements, Contempo Home, Dragonfly, Fetch, R2 Home, Savvy Soles, State of the Art, Strawberry Moon, and Twisted Shamrock. Finish your evening at SOHO for an afterglow party. Food samplings are provided by Angels Caf√, Assaggi Mediterranean Bistro, The Blue Nile, The Fly Trap, Gracies Underground, Nami Sushi, and Rosie OGradys."
