The Detroiter in Greektown is a great place to grab a quick meal and a pitcher of beer before rushing to Joe Louis Arena for the game. The menu is your typical bar food, and is served with a smile from a friendly waitress or bartender. Although the place will be very busy, your food will be out quickly, perfect for those of us rushing to the game. Get to the game faster and easier in their free shuttle to and from the game.
Plenty of parking is available in the area, but your best bet is to park in the Greektown Casino lot. This is free as long as you stop in the casino to validate your parking ticket.
