Time for Summer Slimming
Summer is starting to roll around and so is your stomach. So what does that mean? It means it's time to get in shape. There are many things that everybody can do that are both quick and easy.
I'm about to use the most dreaded word in the dictionary for some guys- dieting. But, unlike most diets, what I propose is simpler.
By stopping your intake of pop, candy, excessive beer and high fat foods, you're off to a great start. Without dieting, results don't come as quickly and aren't as drastic. So try pounding half a six pack rather than a whole one if you want your abs to be a "six pack" themselves.
Next, by simply allotting 30 minutes a day to an exercise regimen you can see results fast. Use the first 15 for cardio and then the last 15 for other muscle building techniques. Never work on the same muscle group two days in a row because it will burn out your muscles. Also, switch up your exercises every other week to keep your muscles on their toes and also so they don't plateau.
For even quicker results, try a little bit more drastic change to your daily routine. My suggestion is to take the stairs instead of the elevator. Or only drive your car if you have to go places farther that a mile away. Be creative with it and as long as you stick with it results will follow.
Having washboard abs to impress the ladies on the boat this summer isn't that hard. Just follow these simple tips and you'll have them swooning in no time.
