Casual Doesn't Mean Sloppy
This article need not be explained. We know you men can be completely clueless when it comes to fashion (like flip flops with socks) so we figured we could help you guys out with some quick fashion guidelines for the infamous 'Business Casual' Attire.
When to wear it?
Job or career fairs

Specific Guidelines
Pants- Tailored and neatly pressed khaki pants are always the best choice.
Ties- Usually not necessary for business casual, but if you are unsure you can wear one. It is always better to be a tad overdressed than under.
Shirts- Pressed long-sleeved, button-down shirts always work even in the summer. Short sleeved shirts are a little too informal. Choose plain, easy colors like white, light solid blue or simple stripes. Polo shirts are also acceptable in a more casual setting but they have to be tucked in.
Socks- Dark socks only. They also must be mid-calf length so when you sit down no skin or hairy leg is exposed.
Shoes/Belt- Leather shoes only. Absolutely no athletic shoes, sandals or hiking boots. Belts should also be leather in a solid color like black or brown.
Facial Hair- Keep it clean and neat. Save that cheese-stache for another day.
Jewelry- Be cautious with jewelry. A conservative watch works best but the earrings, bracelets, etc. you might want to leave at home.
