The Hard Rock Cafe is hosting a national Guitar Hero contest July 30 and we want someone from Detroit to win!

The competition will heat up at 15 different Hard Rocks across the country with players competing for a trip to the finals in Boston and the chance to meet the legendary Steven Tyler of Aerosmith.

The party's all happening to celebrate the launch of the brand new Aerosmith version of this highly addictive and fun game. WRIF will be on hand for the celebration with giveaways and more.

The grand champion in Boston will ride home on the custom designed Guitar Hero: Aerosmith/Hard Rock Cafe/ Red Wing motorcycle.
