Love Could Be Waiting at the Park
It seems that the only place to get a date these days is by going online. Sure it's easy and you can get a date by simply opening up your email. But I can tell you the old fashioned way still works too.

Meeting someone in person for the first time will give you a much better impression of who they are and so we've found some of the best places to meet a prospect.

The Hardware Store: This one's great to send the "damsel in distress" message. A lot of times girls don't know the difference between a flathead and a Phillips head screwdriver. Heck, I even got lost in the tape aisle. So your favorite hardware store is the perfect place to get help from the hottie looking at plywood.

The Bookstore: An oldie but a goodie, the bookstore will give you an even better look at the kind of person your potential date is. Are they looking in the literature aisle or the graphic novel aisle? Charlotte Bronte or J.K. Rowling? And if you've read the book the person you're scoping out is considering, you can give them a first hand opinion or a recommendation for something they might like better. It's an instant in!

The Coffee/Tea Shop: Sure this is along the same lines of the bookstore as far as originality goes but it's still a good start. A lot of people go to coffee or tea shops to lay back and relax with that day's paper and most will be up for a good chat. The coffee date is a good first, casual date anyway so this is a good way to break the ice. And tea is so diverse that it can also be a good way to find out about someone.

The Hookah Bar: It's relaxed and everyone's there for a good time. This is great for groups since the Hookah is meant to be shared. Go with a group of your friends and make new friends with the group at the next table. Share flavors and pass around the appetizers and you'll be able to find yourself a new date. And if you don't smoke you can be the one to take pictures and be the social butterfly.

The Park: Did you think only parents with their kids went to the park? Not so! The warm weather brings everyone out to toss around the football or to take your indoor jog outdoors. Looking to barbecue? Pack up the cooler and head to the park. Food draws all people so if you're checking out the cuties soaking up the sun, invite them over for a burger and a cool drink.
