The Brakeman is an American beer and rec hall featuries big screen TV’s, foosball, table shuffleboard, beer pong, and ping pong tables along side rotating drafts of craft beers and Penny Red’s.

Opening in September, Th Breakfast Loft is a retro-rustic gathering place that will offer signature menu items like its infamous waffle-biscuits, sweet potato pancakes, fisherman’s omelet, and delicious brunch burger.

Michigan & Trumbull // 1441 W. Elizabeth St (Corktown)

Detroit natives brought their hometown pizza to Pittsburgh and now they’re bringing it back home. The Corktown location is opening in the fall and you can find the pizza now at Fort Street Galley downtown.

Smith & Co. // 644 Selden St. (Midtown)

With a menu inspired by the city and made with locally sourced ingredients, Smith & Co.’s food  will be as talked about as its building design and outdoor space. It will also be a go-to for beer lovers, serving up the new Nain Rouge Brewery and offering a hidden draft list featuring hard to find selections from other local, small Michigan brewers.
