Downtown’s Broadway Street just gained every carb lovers dream – a build-your-own pasta bar. I Luv Cheese, the new spot to indulge, is operated by chef Omar Mitchell of Great Lakes Burger Bar.

THE FARMER’S HAND KEEPS ‘FRESH’ LOCAL

Rohani Foulkes and Kiki Louya are adding to the buzz in Corktown by opening up The Farmer’s Hand, a woman-owned artisanal pantry, market and kitchen. Foulkes was born and raised in Australia and Louya hails from Detroit’s Rosedale Park.
