As Detroit’s own Big Sean readies for his fourth studio album drop, he’s initiating a set of pop-ups, and one of those is happening right here in Detroit on Woodward Avenue.

Big Sean’s latest album, “I Decided,” is set for a Feb. 3 release and his Detroit pop-up will be at the former Moosejaw LTM pop-up space at 1441 Woodward Ave. from Friday, February 3 – Sunday, February 5 from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. each day. Shoppers will be able to purchase t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats and music merchandise as part of the celebration.

With his other pop-ups in New York, Los Angeles and Toronto, this collaboration with Bedrock is just another way they are looking to fill exciting retail in the city for everyone who visits, lives and works in Detroit.

And while we can’t say for sure…we’re really hoping the ‘Big’ man himself will pop-in at his Detroit pop-up!

It’s no secret that Big Sean is a fan of his hometown, Detroit, its community and the state of Michigan as a whole. The artist graduated from Cass Technical High School in 2006 and partnered with Adidas in 2015 to present his alma mater with the Big Sean Infinite Possibilities Studio.

He was recently on The Daily Show with Trevor Noah where he talked about his foundation, The Sean Anderson Foundation, and how they were able to raise $100,000 for the people in Flint and the on-going water crisis in the city. On the last track of “I Decided,” Big Sean featured the Flint Chosen Choir on a track called “Bigger Than Me.”
