Welcome to our advanced sausge workshop. As we like to call it “Advanced Wang Handling”. We highly recommend taking this workshop only if you have previously taken our beginners sausage making workshop.
We are making this workshop limited to 6 people so that it is a more intimate experience. You will be able to choose from various recipes and make your own sausage from start to finish. Including scaling meat/fat, grinding, scaling ingredients, mixing, stuffing, and linking. Best of all you will take your our creation home with you to share or keep to yourself!

- Some sausage snacks
How much sausage will I make?
- Everyone will make a 2.5kg batch. Equivalent to just over 5lbs!
