750 Forest is not the only building the Robertson Larson Group wants to put a roof over. On January 18th, the Southeast Michigan developers will reveal their newest Birmingham project, 750 Forest, while raising money to fund a new roof for the historic Village Players Theater. Starting at 6:00pm at the Forest Grill, located at 735 Forest Ave., interested buyers can learn about the first residential midrise property coming to Birmingham’s Triangle District. The cost to attend the event is a recommended donation of $50, which will be collected at the door.
The cocktail party will be the first-time the Robertson Larson Group will reveal information on their newest development, and accept reservations from buyers. In the spirit of being a good neighbor, the developers want to give back to the immediate area surrounding 750 Forest, by raising money for the Village Players Theater, located right around the corner. Every dollar donated will go towards funding the theater roof.
The Robertson Larson Group and McIntosh Poris Associates are honored to pioneer the residential future of the Birmingham Triangle District. 750 Forest will feature one and two bedroom condominiums, resident parking, an exercise room and a stunning rooftop common area. This building represents a dream for the city of Birmingham, bringing new life to the Triangle District at moderate prices.
