Chef’s Table Takeover at Detroit Foundation Hotel

We are taking you on a captivating sensory experience through the arts of haute raw plant-based cuisine, the first of its kind all across North America. Introducing a decadent multi course raw desserts tasting experience.

Showcasing Chef Rua’s indulgent creations progressing from savory to decadently sweet, featuring signature raw and innovative desserts, holiday flavors, handcrafted artisanal Nut-Cheeze and beyond. Guests are invited to indulge in this artistic sweet experience as they sip on paired wine should they choose to. It is sure to captivate the heart and soul leaving you fueled and nourished.
