Dining in the Dark Detroit promises to be a deliciously different dining experience perfect for a romantic night out or a fun evening with friends. Guests will be masked in a candlelit room, and will immerse themselves in the tastes, aromas, textures and sounds of a creative fall harvest-themed gourmet meal. The prix fixe experience includes four courses and a handcrafted “Sweater Weather” cocktail featuring Tito’s Handmade Vodka. A cash bar will be offered, and after the meal, guests will have the opportunity to meet the Chef, discover their menu through photos and to discuss the experience. Check in – 6:30. Dinner begins at 7pm.
Chef Jeremy Kalmus is a classically-trained professional chef with a culinary degree from Johnson and Wales and 15+ years of experience in the restaurant business. He has served as a private chef, worked alongside Bryan Polcyn and David Gilbert at Forest Grille, and served as the Executive Chef at No.VI Chophouse and Local Kitchen and Bar.
