Rock City Eatery is announcing an exciting and creative Halloween Harvest Dinner on October 31 with
a little help from some culinary friends and highly-talented local chefs plus inventive
With a gifted staff backing him up, Chef and Proprietor Nikita Sanches has taken what is traditionally known as comfort food and given it a modern twist. Known for his delectable pies, Sanches will once again be returning to his roots and serving a pie flight as the delicious dessert offerings for the dinner.
Providing five starting courses are Brennan Calnin, Michael Barrera and Jessi Patuano. Their festive contributions range from a squash bisque to a celeriac and parsnip risotto, rabbit confit, and short rib served with sauerbraten, red cabbage and rutabaga. Each course is paired with a different and festive beverage – from Blake’s Hard Cider to Southern Tier Pumking, B. Nektar’s Zombie Killer and a “Witches Brew” made with Water Street Coffee paired perfectly with Sanches’ pie flight
