Chefs from Gold Cash Gold and yet-to-open Italian restaurant concept SheWolf plan to host a Lady and the Tramp-inspired Valentine’s Day dinner.
Gold Cash Gold chef and partner Brendon Edwards is working with Anthony Lombardo, the chef opening SheWolf Pastificio & Bar around spring in Detroit’s Cass Corridor, and Haley Enzer, a sous, brunch and pastry chef at Gold Cash Gold.
The menu will be a la carte, Edwards said, featuring handmade pasta dishes, salads and traditional Italian desserts.
