Ferndale’s favorite local butcher will be taking over the Livernois Tap biergarten this Sunday, September 9th for ‘Notorious P.I.G., Pork in Garten – a ‘swine dining’ collaboration. Farm Field Table’s Matt and Mike Romine will be smoking a duo of pasture-raised heritage hogs while Axle’s Chef Elliot Patti dishes out a series of sides and desserts.
Tickets are $40 and include a craft beer and all-you-can-eat pork and sides.
