Join us Thursday, March 15th at 6:30 pm to indulge in the second installment of our 2018 Wine Dinner series as we go on a culinary excursion through the Republic archives, re-creating our absolute favorite dishes! It will be a night to remember as we indulge in good food, wine and company. We’ll be hosting Republic’s own Sous Chef, Chris Demuth and Sean Sutton from Michigan’s Woodberry Wines as they bring you five carefully curated courses complete with wine pairings from the Castle cellar.
The evening will start in Castle Hall, the second floor of the historic G.A.R. building at 6:30 pm with sparkling wine and mingling as people arrive and get settled in. We’ll move on to dinner with the first course served at 7 o’clock. Chef Chris is working diligently on the menu which will be live soon! We will accomodate allergies and special dietary restrictions if they are noted with ticket purchase.
