Classes include a variety of workouts like Zumba, ab exercises, and high intensity interval training. Instructors include Ivy Mitchell, Patti Dukes, Bianco Hopes, and Coach Kiwi & DJ Steel.
All fitness levels are welcome. Classes start at 5:30pm and 6:30pm
