OTUS SUPPLY OPENS IN FERNDALE

OTUS SUPPLY OPENS IN FERNDALE

After nearly five years of dreaming up and planning, along with two years of building and construction, longtime friends – Thom Bloom and Scott Myrick open Otus Supply in Ferndale at 345 E. 9 Mile Road.

This chef-inspired restaurant brings a fresh, seasonal food menu, a full craft bar and live music together for a gathering space perfect for a night out or a private party. And come the summer, expect additional fun to be had out on their patio.

Craft beers, many of which are Michigan made, are on draft. Cocktails are crafted with house-made tonics and juices. And whiskey even has it’s own bar!

The food is never made in bulk and you’ll only find the freshest and most seasonal items on the menu. The kitchen is open and facing the stage so that everyone can be a part of the same environment. And speaking of, pull up a seat at the Chef’s table, where you can face the kitchen and get a view of what’s coming out hot and ready.

They went local with the interior and décor, with dishware from local potters, murals painted by local artists, including Detroit artist Kobie Solomon, and chairs and bar tops crafted by local artisans.

So come check them out. Eat local. Support local. And have a great night out while doing so!

Otus Supply is open Monday through Saturday from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Visit the team at 345 E. 9 Mile Road and follow them on social here.
