PARC OPENS WITH STYLE IN CAMPUS MARTIUS

With more than 100 feet of glass window walls, prime views of Detroit’s Christmas tree, a chic setting, a seasoned Chef and a carefully curated menu, Parc Detroit opens today, Monday, November 21st in the city center to much anticipation and excitement.

Housed in the former Fountain Bistro location in the heart of Campus Martius Park, it’s the perfect space and setting to bring together business lunches and downtown visitors alike for a great meal and view of the city.

Having been empty since February of this year, the venue is alive again with more indoor space, retractable glass walls that open up to more outdoor space in the warmer months and a menu that includes a mixture of familiar Midwestern fare, with French and Mediterranean flavors and influences.

The menu features a raw section, a cooked section, lunch and dinner salads, pasta options, wood-grilled options, sandwiches and paninis, fish and sides. Menu items range in price from $8 to about $50, depending on the dish and preparation.

The culinary team is led by Executive Chef, Jordan Hoffman, who has cooked everywhere from Paris, Las Vegas, Miami and more. He came back home to join in Detroit’s culinary scene and had a hand in opening The Fountain Detroit last summer. Now, he’s onto Parc and promises redefined Detroit cuisine.

Parc’s bar, run by Dennis Payne, Assistant Manager and sommelier, features classic cocktails, craft cocktails, local and imported beers and some of the world’s best wines.

With its seating for 134 guests inside and an additional 48 outside, the team behind Parc hopes to bring a vibrant atmosphere to foster a sense of community, hospitality and warmth.

Reservations and walk-ins are both welcome.
